i feel sorry for Shiraki she is out right being put into a place to work where she understands nothing at all and just out right no training and not even teaching her what is needed to be learned. i find that really fucked up. at least on the first couple of days just have her watch and train her so she can have a better understanding of the Cafe

Where does it say she'd stop at nothing? She doesn't seem to be using any questionable means to her goal. Many/most (if not all) people put on a facade in public, same as her... hers might just be a bit more drastic.

Not yet no, but essentially she's a gold digger. She doesn't care about the person and their worth as a person. That is gonna hurt people eventually. and future implications aside, (yes I know its an anime but this does represent certain people's mindset pretty well) this is the type of arrogance that ends up with nobody happy, and in worse cases greed becomes something far uglier and can get very messy. Nobody actually trully ever wins when it comes to greed, there's always loss whether its now or somewhere in the future.

The color palette really reminds me of Higurashi and having Yukari Tamura (Rika's VA) voicing one of the main characters doesn't help either.
